JM Engineering radial flow turbine impellers are the ideal solution for gas dispersion and applications requiring a higher shear rate than axial flow impellers can provide. Radial flow turbine impellers are also employed in applications requiring very low liquid level agitation, such as particularly wide, shallow vessels. These impellers are often coupled with a hydrofoil impeller to provide thorough mixing throughout the vessel.
Standard Features
- Diameter: 200 mm ~ 6+ m

Finishing OptionsJM Engineering can provide a range of finishing options for all shafts and impellers. This ensures a long, trouble free life in a variety of environmental conditions. Select from our standard range of coating systems, or we can adhere to your own specifications. Standard options include:
- Rubber Lined – Shafts and impellers may be coated in butyl rubber for highly abrasive mixing applications. This prolongs the life of the wetted end and assists in corrosion prevention.
- Polished – Shafts and impellers can be electro-polished for a high quality, mirror finish. This may be required in hygenic applications such as pharmaceutical and food manufacturing.
